Common throughout wetter parts of Australia from the tropics to Tasmania.

Found mainly on fallen logs and branches.
DescriptionCan form extensive colonies of pale, semi-translucent usually branched clubs that are 5 10mm long. I have only seen white forms but according to fungimap they may have other pale shades. Like much slime-mould, their fruiting life cycle only lasts a few days from emerging to disintegration and disappearing.
